Introduction of game controls

The player wakes up to the voices in his head, informing him there’s a serial killer in the hospital. Jeff suffers from schizophrenia which causes him to hallucinate about the voices. These voices guide him in finding the serial killer.

 

Shortly after a tooltip on how to move will appear at the bottom of the screen. A fist icon on the top left means that the player is currently not holding a weapon.


 

When the player interacts with the drawer, a second tooltip will appear regarding the contents in the drawer and what does they do for you.


 

Whenever the player tap E to take the syringes, a syringe icon will appear at the top left of the screen, depicting the amount of syringes he now have to a maximum of 3.


 

When the player exits the room, he will stumble upon a group of doctors and nurses, and then a tooltip will appear at the bottom of the screen, prodding the player to access his inventory.


 

Inventory

By switching out the syringe in presence of other people, the player will not draw their suspicions 


 

Use of Hallucination

When the player reached the other area, he will encounter bloodstains and then be introduce to the special mechanic - hallucinating the cause of these bloodstains. However, the player will be notified then this mechanic will increase the rate which he will become insane.
